Shipping FAQHow long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 10 days to reach with ground shipping.
Where will my order be shipped from?
All of our automotive lighting products are shipped from warehouses in Pennsylvania and Arizona. Your order will be shipped via UPS or Fedex depending on the warehouse we ship from.
What countries do you ship too?
We currently are only shipping products within the United States(you will need to call for a shipping quote to Hawaii and Alaska). We DO NOT ship to P.O. Boxes, or APO Addresses.
Do you offer faster delivery than ground shipping?
Yes! If you need expedited shipping please send an email with your shipping address, the item(s) you are interested in and the time frame you need to receive them to shipping@urban-neon-car-lights.com. We will check stock and email you a shipping quote along with ordering options.
What if the item is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. Items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive to our warehouse, but normally you will only have to wait a few days. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at stock@urban-neon-car-lights.com. Please include the item name in your email.
What if the item is received damaged?
All shipments MUST be inspected immediately upon delivery. All damaged merchandise must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. We will handle the claim with the shipping company and send you a replacement product immediately. If the damage is not reported within 48 hours, a damage claim cannot be filed with the shipping company, and the damaged product will not be replaced. To report your product damaged please contact us at damages@urban-neon-car-lights.com. Please use your order number as the subject, and a detailed description of the damage.What is the Warranty on your products?
The Streetglow and Plasmaglow products have a Lifetime Warranty unless otherwise specified, and all Varad & Autoglow products have a 1 year warranty. The warranty does not cover breakage of the glass tubing and the specific warranty details are included with each product. What is your return policy?
