I have ordered 3 sets of underglow lights from you, and they are all excellent. one of the three lights was charged a duty fee, but you refunded that, so there was no problem there.
The Lights are great quality, and super bright and a pretty good price. We all really like them down here. If we know of anyone down my way who wants a set, I will order them off of your website. Huge Thanks. |

RETURNS: We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase and will have no need to return it. If something isn't quite right though, we will accept returns within 30 days of
purchase, assuming that the item is unopened and in the
original packaging, for a refund of the sales price less an
20% restocking fee. This restocking fee helps us to recover costs associated with returns, such as putting the item in a new box, the free shipping that you may have received, etc. All returns will be denied if a
return authorization number is not obtained BEFORE
shipping the product back to us, or if the item has been used. The restocking fee applies to all returns, including, but not limited to returns for reasons including: "Customer ordered wrong part", "Customer wrecked or sold vehicle", "Customer changed mind", "Customer no longer wants item", etc. There are no exceptions to our 30 day return window. If you have any concerns about product application or are not sure about something, we strongly suggest contacting us BEFORE placing your order to avoid any problems or frustration on your part.
