SHIPPING POLICIES: If a product is stocked in our warehouse, it typically ships within 24 hours. This means that we will ship the item within 24 hours, not that you will receive it in 24 hours. More information on how long ground shipping takes is posted below. Most Neon and LED products are stocked in our own warehouse and ship right away. While rare, occasionally products become sold out and placed on backorder. In such a rare case, if it is going to take more than 4 business days to send out your order, we will contact you and let you know, giving you an ETA and the option to cancel the order if it is going to be too long.
How much is shipping? Good news! Ground shipping is FREE for all orders over $100.00 and being shipped to a domestic address. Orders under $100.00 shipping to a domestic address will incur a flat shipping fee of $6.99. We can only currently ship to the USA due to the large number of fraudulent transactions that come with accepting International orders.
How long will it take to get my order? The answer to that question will depend on how far you are from our warehouse in San Diego, California. Transit time typically ranges from 5-7 business days depending on your distance from our warehouse. Please keep in mind that shipping companies do not count Saturday and Sunday when calculating the number of days in transit.
DAMAGES: Theres nothing to worry about when you shop with us. All products purchased on this website are insured when shipped. If you receive a damaged package, all you have to do is call us and we will handle the rest. A replacement typically leaves our warehouse within 24 hours. We do ask that you save the packaging in case the shipping company wants to inspect it. DAMAGE CLAIMS MUST BE FILED WITHIN 48 HOURS OF DELIVERY! If you take longer than 48 hours to contact us with a damage claim, the shipping company won't let us file an insurance claim, so please call us right away if you receive something damaged. Returns:We hope you will be satisfied with your purchase and will have no need to return it. If something isn't quite right though, we will accept returns within 30 days of
purchase, assuming that the item is unopened and in the
original packaging, for a refund of the sales price less an
20% restocking fee. This restocking fee helps us to recover costs associated with returns, such as putting the item in a new box, the free shipping that you may have received, etc. All returns will be denied if a
return authorization number is not obtained BEFORE
shipping the product back to us, or if the item has been used. The restocking fee applies to all returns, including, but not limited to returns for reasons including: "Customer ordered wrong part", "Customer wrecked or sold vehicle", "Customer changed mind", "Customer no longer wants item", etc. There are no exceptions to our 30 day return window. If you have any concerns about product application or are not sure about something, we strongly suggest contacting us BEFORE placing your order to avoid any problems or frustration on your part.
